Age Restriction — 21+ Only: Use of the 25superph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is a condition of Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming. 25superph actively enforces this requirement through KYC verification and will immediately terminate any account found to be held by an individual under the age of 21.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 25superph account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.
You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 25superph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
In the event you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 25superph immediately via the support live chat or email. 25superph may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
Security Reminder: 25superph support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to 25superph immediately.
Deposits to your 25superph Wallet may be made using the supported payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Currently accepted deposit methods for Philippine players include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to player account tier restrictions. Specific limits are displayed within the Deposit section of your 25superph account dashboard.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 25superph Wallet in real time upon successful completion of the payment transfer. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank.
25superph holds player funds in accounts designated for that purpose and separate from operational funds. This arrangement is designed to ensure that player balances are protected in the event of insolvency or operational cessation, though 25superph makes no absolute guarantee of segregated fund protection beyond commercially reasonable measures.
All transactions on the 25superph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through Philippine payment channels. Players depositing via methods denominated in other currencies do so at the exchange rate applied by their payment provider, which is beyond 25superph's control.
Players may request withdrawal of their available balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification having been completed in full.
Withdrawals may be made to GCash, PayMaya, or registered Philippine bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) held in the same name as the 25superph account holder. 25superph does not permit withdrawals to payment methods registered in a different name, to third-party accounts, or to cryptocurrency wallets.
Approved GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
25superph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, including but not limited to source of funds verification, confirmation of deposit method utilisation, and review of account activity. Such checks are standard compliance practice and do not imply any adverse finding against the player.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Details of applicable wagering requirements are set out in the individual promotion terms. Real-money deposits are not affected by wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the conditions of this section.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though requests above ₱50,000 may be subject to enhanced processing review.
25superph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to these General Terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered 25superph players unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Unless stated in the promotion terms, bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, email address, and payment method.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
25superph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: exploiting technical errors, using automated play strategies, wagering exclusively on near-zero-variance game configurations, or otherwise playing in a manner designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay engagement.
Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not satisfied within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. The validity period for each promotion is set out in the individual promotion terms.
25superph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. 25superph also reserves the right to restrict a player's eligibility for specific promotions at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
Each game available on the 25superph Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these General Terms.
Random number generator (RNG) based games on 25superph — including slot titles, virtual table games, and bingo — produce outcomes using certified random number generation systems. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each slot title is published within the game information panel.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical processes — actual card deals, roulette wheel spins, and dice throws — occurring in real time in purpose-built studio environments. Results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the live dealer and system. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not constitute grounds for dispute of a completed result.
Sports betting markets on 25superph are subject to market-specific rules regarding settlement, void conditions, in-play rules, and result verification. Where the result of an event is disputed by the relevant governing body within 48 hours of settlement, 25superph reserves the right to re-settle affected wagers.
In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session, 25superph will investigate the incident and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the wager to the player's account. 25superph's decision in such matters is final. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 25superph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, display, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
The 25superph brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any manner without the prior written consent of 25superph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25superph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from system downtime.
25superph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
25superph does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond 25superph's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. 25superph shall not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.

Upon permanent account closure for reasons other than player-initiated closure or breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 25superph support to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
Players who believe that 25superph has failed to act in accordance with PAGCOR-regulated obligations may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through the channels published on PAGCOR's official website.
25superph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 25superph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the 25superph Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
